RALS User Groups

We're going Virtual this Fall and highlighting
'the new look of rals'!

From March 2019 to March 2020, over 500 RALS users attended RALS User Groups (RUGs) that were held throughout the U.S.  We handed out over 1,500 continuing education credit hours and received great feedback on the value of our RUGs.

Then COVID-19 hit. But we’re not letting a pandemic keep us from our RUGs! Instead we are going 'Virtual'! Virtual RUGs will be 2-hour condensed versions 
of our on-location RUGs

We understand that going from our Current User Interface (UI) to our New UI can be a challenge so we are totally focusing our Virtual RUGs on ‘How to Use the New RALS User Interface’. Sessions will include:

• Highlights on the latest features and functionality available in the New UI
• Hands-on scenarios that will show you step-by-step how use the New UI
• How to find what you need… and then save the view for quick and easy access
• 1.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Hands-On Scenarios

After you register, you'll receive and email with a link to the scenarios we’ll be featuring, as well as access to the New RALS UI demo system, so that you can work on them using the New RALS UI the prior to your session.

During the VRUG, we’ll also be looking for volunteers to share their solutions with other attendees as we go over each scenario. And as always, questions are encouraged and welcomed!
