MANUAL TEST ENTRY (MTE)
RALS Manual Test Entry (RALS MTE) is a feature that enables you to enter manual or lateral-flow test data directly into RALS and then send to your LIS. This means all tests done at the point-of-care can now reside in the RALS database for viewing, reporting and more!
Manual tests are configured using the pre-existing Manual Test Setup page and data can be directly entered through the Enter Manual Result Page. RALS MTE supports a wide range of test types. A listing of types is shown below.
Users can enter virtually any manual or lateral flow test into RALS from any location in the hospital, and then have the data electronically sent to the RALS database and to the patient chart.
